The Elegant

A delicate blend of crushed red berries, orange citrus and Turkish delight glides across the palate along with roasted nuts, cinnamon and anise, with a hint of crushed rose petals & lavender on the nose. Gentle tannins and a soft warm spicy finish.

2018 was made at Moyse Wines vineyard Manuchah. Hand picked early on a cool mid March morning, immediately gently crushed retaining 10% whole bunch during natural wild yeast open fermentation then basket pressed and racked to stainless VC and oak barrel formerly used for Shiraz. 60/40 respectively.
