The Exotic

Dripping with exotic aromas and flavours it is a seductively comforting balance of dense red fruits, ruby grapefruit, cardamom, cinnamon, Turkish delight & rooibos tea. Intricate flavours linger with a warm spicy rose infused finish, making delicious drinking. 

2019 was hand picked early on a cool mid March morning, immediately gently crushed retaining 10% whole bunch during natural wild yeast open fermentation in old oak puncheon then hand basket pressed and racked to stainless VC and old oak barrel formerly used for Shiraz. 50/50 respectively.
